It is a well known fact that yesteryear heroine and evergreen Dreamgirl Sridevi is doing a parallel role to Vijay in ‘Puli’ and even in the trailer she has been given utmost prominence.
Sridevi has said on many occasions that she is very much impressed with Vijay, Shruti Haasan, Hansika, cameraman Natty Natraj , director Chimbudevan and the producers Shibu Thameens and P.T. Selvakumar who took the best care of her during the shooting days. Sridevi is so taken in by the ‘Puli’ experience that she has changed her name on twitter from Sridevi Boney Kapoor to Sridevi Puli Kapoor. ‘Puli’ is hitting the screens on the 1st of October.
